skin-on chips, aioli 

a dish we only put on the menu during lockdown when we were only allowed outdoor seating and simplified our offering. it soon became a victim of its own success [replacing the infamous jacket potato, mustard rarebit] and the rest is history. give the people what they want!

simply deep fried chips, with a classic aioli [garlic mayo]. no, we do not have Heinz ketchup in house.
