Sticky toffee pudding, milk ice cream

a classic we have had on the menu since day one. dare we say, it is one of London’s finest and credit to our first head chef. we use molasses, malt extract and coffee to give it such a rich colour and umami. best when super gooey in the middle.

a dark sponge pudding of sorts made with dates, it is warmed up to order, before being dressed in salted caramel. a scoop of milk gelato as if it wasn’t rich enough already.

sticky toffee pudding; eggs, brown sugar, veg oil, flour, dates, coffee, malt extract, cane molasses, water, butter. 

salted caramel; butter, double cream, dark brown sugar, maldon sea salt
